Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship Level 3

Support customer-focused marketing activities that drive the demand for a product or service.

The Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship is ideal for existing staff to undertake that already perform the role and want a qualification or want to upskill within their place of work or for someone new going into that role. This role will provide advice to external clients and/ or within an internal marketing team delivering marketing activities to drive the business. Typically, these learners will be responsible for coordinating specific content creation, market and customer research, monitoring campaign analytics and collecting data, using relevant systems and software, define, design and implement campaigns and contribute to the marketing strategy and plans.

    2. Presenting a Project
    3. Portfolio of evidence

Training Programme

Knowledge – to learn and gather evidence on
• Marketing theories, business structures, measurable business tools, marketing plans, competitor analysis, brand theory, principles of design and copywriting, emerging technologies, legislation and regulations, communication, stakeholders, channels, campaign admin and processes, metrics, customer journey, budgets and ROI.
Skills – to develop, demonstrate and evidence
• Develop briefs, plan and coordinate marketing activity, generate innovative and creative approaches across various platforms and formats, research to gather insight, use copywriting techniques, build and implement campaigns, use website management systems, use technology and software, budget planning, review, measure and evaluate campaigns, use data analysis tools.
