We are looking to recruit an Apprentice Recruitment Consultant on behalf of our client to work in their busy Healthcare Division.

The role will include:

• Recruitment of support staff using Safer Recruitment
• Pre-screening candidates
• Right to work checks
• Compliance, assigning and monitoring training
• General administration duties

During the successful applicant’s time with the company, there will be the opportunity to learn Placement Management and Healthcare Operations as there is potential of a full-time role upon completion of the apprenticeship.

This will be a varied and exciting role within a busy but friendly office. The company deals with Young People so the successful applicant would need to have a full clear DBS and understand GDPR and confidentiality.

The successful application will complete the Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship Standard and will be support by Optimum Skills. The apprenticeship training will be delivered over monthly sessions held at our Newton Aycliffe Training Hub.

Salary: £15,704 per annum

Working hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm with 1 hour lunch break
