What you’ll do:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across the business
- Handle phone and email enquiries professionally
- Process orders, invoices, and customer information accurately
- Maintain and update internal systems and records
- Support the wider team with general office duties
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times

- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident using basic IT systems (e.g. Microsoft Office)
