About the Role:

  • Answer inbound calls
  • Call new customers
  • Put new customer information on database
  • Diary keeping for agents
  • Archiving old files
  • Filing documents
  • General administration
  • Assist in the smooth running of the office
  • Meet and greet customers
  • Registering applicants
  • Emailing clients
  • Assisting the sales team when needed

About you:

  • Common sense
  • Good computer skills
  • Good communicator
  • Right attitude
  • Willingness to learn

As part of the apprenticeship, you will need to complete your Functional skills if you do not already have your Maths and English at GCSE Level.

You will complete the Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 as part of the role, the training will be provided by Optimum skills.
