Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Level 2 Customer Service Apprentice. This is a great opportunity to start a career in customer service while gaining hands-on experience and working towards a recognised qualification.

In this role, you will be speaking with customers daily, handling enquiries, and providing support in a professional and confident manner. You will develop strong communication and problem-solving skills while learning how to deliver excellent customer service.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Speaking with customers and resolving queries in a professional manner
  • Providing clear and accurate information to customers
  • Managing and updating customer records
  • Working towards daily and monthly targets
  • Dealing with queries and objections from customers
  • Escalating more complex issues when required

Job Details:
Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
