Level 2 Customer Service Apprentice
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Level 2 Customer Service Apprentice. This is a great opportunity to start a career in customer service while gaining hands-on experience and working towards a recognised qualification.
In this role, you will be speaking with customers daily, handling enquiries, and providing support in a professional and confident manner. You will develop strong communication and problem-solving skills while learning how to deliver excellent customer service.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
- Speaking with customers and resolving queries in a professional manner
- Providing clear and accurate information to customers
- Managing and updating customer records
- Working towards daily and monthly targets
- Dealing with queries and objections from customers
- Escalating more complex issues when required

Job Details:
Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
