Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Administrative Assistant/Personal Assistant (Admin/PA) to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks and will play a crucial role in supporting our operations as we expand.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide PA services to the company directors
  • Daily administration tasks
  • Project administration
  • Strategic administration tasks to help the company execute its plans
  • Schedule appointments and manage diaries.
  • Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.
  • Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence and internal communications.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Maintain organised and accessible files and documents.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of company events and activities.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve administrative processes and operational efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.).
  • Ability to use office equipment such as computers and telephones effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills and customer service experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience (preferred).

Schedule:

  • Day shift: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

Salary:

  • £7.55 to start with pay reviews based on performance
