Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Administrative Assistant/Personal Assistant (Admin/PA) to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks and will play a crucial role in supporting our operations as we expand.
Responsibilities:
- Provide PA services to the company directors
- Daily administration tasks
- Project administration
- Strategic administration tasks to help the company execute its plans
- Schedule appointments and manage diaries.
- Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.
- Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence and internal communications.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Maintain organised and accessible files and documents.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of company events and activities.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve administrative processes and operational efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.).
- Ability to use office equipment such as computers and telephones effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills and customer service experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience (preferred).
Schedule:
- Day shift: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
Salary:
- £7.55 to start with pay reviews based on performance
