Business Administrator Apprentice – Redcar & Cleveland
Company Overview:
Our company, established in 2012, has been providing Mechanical and Electrical Services both domestically and commercially to a diverse range of customers in the Northeast and beyond. We specialise in the maintenance and installation of mechanical and electrical systems across various industries, offering high-quality services to companies of all sizes.
Role:
We are currently seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice. You will be enrolled in an apprenticeship program through Optimum Skills, where you will gain practical experience and qualifications to develop your business administration skills.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Taking phone calls from customers and assisting with inquiries
Logging new jobs on our system and ensuring accuracy of information
Answering queries and providing support where necessary
Inputting supplier information into our system
Performing general office duties to ensure smooth operations
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience in a busy office environment
Strong knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work well within a team and handle multiple tasks
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
