Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Administration Apprentice to join our dynamic team. This apprenticeship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment. The successful candidate will assist with various administrative tasks, develop essential skills, and contribute to the smooth operation of our business.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support by managing office tasks and clerical duties.
  • Assist in data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Organise files and documents, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve office efficiency.
  • Support the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
  • Help coordinate meetings, including scheduling and preparing necessary materials.

Requirements

  • Willing to undertake extra training and development
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Basic clerical skills, including typing speed and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in an office environment is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • GCSE grade C/4 in Maths and English is desirable.
