Practitioner Apprenticeship Level 4

The Level 4 corporate responsibility sustainability practitioner apprenticeship is ideal for existing staff to undertake that already perform the role and want a qualification or someone going into that role. The learner must be responsible for leading the delivery of change across business functions and processes across all industry sectors. Typically these learners lead smaller projects and/or play a key role in supporting larger projects, tackle issues that need swift action, complete indepth analysis of reoccurring challenges and implement a range of effective and sustainable countermeasures. As it is a Level 4 qualification there should be a basic knowledge of maths and English to achieve Level 2 if not exempt.

  • Delivery: Day Release

  • Assessment Methods 

    The End Point Assessment will consist of:

    1. Professional discussion underpinned by a portfolio of evidence
    2. Work-based project followed by a report and a presentation with questions and answers

Training Programme

Knowledge – to learn and gather evidence on
• Project management, change and culture management, stakeholder relationships, data
management, quality assurance techniques, risk management.
Skills – to develop, demonstrate and evidence
• Project and planning tools, negotiation skills, data analysis, communication methods, report
writing, quality assurance, training colleagues in CR&S techniques.
Behaviours – to develop, demonstrate and evidence
• Champion CR&S agenda/ ethos, developing self, innovation, accountability.
