Optimum Skills are offering exciting opportunities for young people build their career in construction. We support young people across the region (Gateshead, Newcastle, and surrounding areas) in building their trade and work-ready skills in bricklaying, roofing, joinery and property maintenance. After developing the relevant skills Trainees will progress into work experience opportunities with local employers.

Working alongside our employer partners, trainees will gain relevant industry experience and progress into apprenticeship opportunities in their chosen trade.
