Our Next Chapter: Introducing the New Optimum Skills
Over the past 12 years, Optimum Skills has grown and evolved in ways we’re incredibly proud of. What began as a small team, based only in Newton Aycliffe, with a shared passion for learning has developed into a community of over 70 people, all working together to support learners, employers and partners across our five North East hubs.
As we’ve grown, so has our culture, our ambition and our understanding of the impact we want to make. It became clear that our brand needed to evolve too. Not just visually, but in how clearly it reflects who we are, what we stand for and where we’re heading.
This rebrand marks the start of an exciting new chapter for Optimum Skills.

You’ll notice some clear changes. A new logo, refreshed colours and a new look and feel. But while our appearance has evolved, the heart of Optimum Skills remains the same.
