Building Futures in Construction – Optimum Skills Construction Academy Gateshead

The Optimum Skills Construction Academy in Gateshead prepares young people across the region with skill-building in bricklaying, joinery, and roofing, work-ready training and nationally recognised qualifications. We deliver Construction Traineeships for 16 – 24-year-olds, to build basic construction skills and work with local employers who provide valuable work experience. The Trainees progress into apprenticeships with our partner employers in either, bricklaying, roofing, joinery, or property maintenance.
